All of our products come with a 12 month warranty as standard, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Please keep any warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.
Our 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage or user error during installation. If you have, for example smashed your screen then this is not covered by warranty, like wise if you have torn a flex cable during installation this is not covered by warranty.
As for normal returns, you must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.
Return postage will be covered by Wireless Parts and we will provide you with a Royal Mail tracked 24 returns label to return your order to us.
